We specialize in real gold jewelry. Due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and handmade characteristics, slight variations in color, size, weight, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

All measurements and weights are approximate unless otherwise stated.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

We accept payments via:

Orders placed using financing providers are subject to the approval and policies of the financing company. Hefesto Jewelry is not responsible for financing approval decisions, payment plans, interest rates, or fees.

Orders flagged as high-risk, fraudulent, or suspicious may be canceled without notice.

All custom-made, special order, resized, modified, or engraved jewelry is FINAL SALE.

All sales are final unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns based on:

If a defect exists, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number.

We will inspect the item and determine repair, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion.

Once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier, the risk transfers to the customer.

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Hefesto Jewelry before filing a chargeback.

Filing a false chargeback for a delivered or received item constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to:

By placing an order with Hefesto Jewelry, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies, including the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service.

Failure to read these policies does not exempt the customer from compliance

Due to photography lighting, screen settings, and the nature of precious metals and stones, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur.  
Measurements listed on the website are approximate and may vary slightly.

These differences do not qualify as defects and are not valid reasons for return or chargeback.
