Refund policy

At Hefesto Jewelry, every piece is carefully inspected and professionally packaged before delivery. Due to the nature and value of fine jewelry, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective.

We do not offer refunds or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

We also do not issue refunds for:

Once inspected and approved, we will resize or exchange the ring for the correct size.

Custom, Personalized & Engraved Jewelry

All custom made, personalized, special orders, modified pieces, or engraved jewelry are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

This includes:

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase and only if the item has not entered processing or production.  
Custom, personalized, sized, or engraved items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Hefesto Jewelry reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once order preparation has started.

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item will be inspected by our team. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item at no cost.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused after delivery does not qualify as a defect.
