At Hefesto Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order safely and securely.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Custom pieces, special orders, and personalized jewelry may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if extended production time is required.

Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
All packages are securely packaged and fully insured.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:

* Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
* Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Hefesto Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Signature Requirement
For security purposes, orders of higher value may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hefesto Jewelry is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Hefesto Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging materials. We will assist you with a carrier claim and inspection.
